US Work Alliance
Ripped off, refuses to give back refund, lying to customers, rude people

If any of you out there that have seen on the net in the help wanted ads about postal jobs. Get started immediately. Please avoid. They are all scams that just want your money. The US Work alliance charges you $119.45 to send you exam materials in order for you to study for postal jobs. Also known as Exam Services.

However getting into the US postal service is not so easy.in order to get in, you must take an exam. Pass the exam and then get hired in an interview. What's so bad about this is that the postal service has no idea when and where exams open. You must register online. You just don't walk in and sign an application. A lousy way to run a business if you ask me. I called them many times and they say the same thing.

It could be months or even years before they even consider hiring or taking exams. I applied online a month ago and I have no idea if I'll ever be given a notice in the mail regarding to take an exam. The 16th of April in 2006 was the due date to apply for the exam on the www.usps.com site. They have them every other week. Which is the exam I appiled for and ending on that date.

US working alliance has a terrible policy to that which I do not agree with. You can only be eligible for a refund if you do not pass the postal exam with a score of 70 or higher or if you are not offered the job on your first interview. I'm an un-patient man. And being told that they have no idea when exams will be opening and that it could be months or years ahead of time plus getting a notice in the mail. If I even get a notice makes me highly unsatisfied and extremely upset. I think I'm eligible for a refund. Regardless of their idiotic policy. I demand my money back now. I payed by credit card.

I tried to work out a different route to get my money back. But they keep on refusing and sometimes I'm met with people who have an attitude about it. I've called about three times already. If I called more than three times I don't remember. The second caller said it would take about a week and that it would take more time for the exam notice to arrive in the mail since at that time was an Easter holiday. If it didn't arrive I would get a refund. Third time I called I was met with an person who had an attitude. She sounded black. Not meaning to offend or being racist. Which I'm not. She denied that I had spoken to the last caller and that he agreed that if the exam notice did not come in within a week I would get my money back. Then she denies me saying that the exam apply end date was on the 16th. When I remember the date for crying out loud. She then tried to say that I had my date wrong. Then she had the nerve to tell me "well you should have printed" and that "I have other phone calls to make". The nerve for this woman! I actually lost my cool and cursed her out! I had been ripped off! I felt like punching her in the face and kicking in her teeth!

I called the credit card company to try to reverse the transaction. Which was done on the 9th of March I believe. Since they have already been paid. I decided to fight it anyways. The caller tried to get the money to go from out of their company somehow. I forgot the words. She said it could go either way. And that it'll show up on my next statement. After that I can continue to fight it if it didn't go my way. I'll fight this to the end if I have to. The US Work Alliance is nothing more than people with bad attitudes that rip off people and have phoney refund policies. Beware of these frauds! I want my money back!!!
