Paid 129.45 for materials that i can not even get on the website to use for the postal battery exam

I am very upset with us work alliance they let me get as far as registering for the exam and now i can not even get back on to take the exam. I paid 129.45 for the materials that i can not use. I am requesting a full refund or i am getting my attorney involved. This is bull and i can not afford to be ripped off. I am supprting three children on a very little income now as it is. Companies like this need to be repamanded for there actions for taking advantage of consumers
