It only took 8 trips from 4 different appliance repair companies to finally get my washing machine back into proper running orer. Three visits could not find anything, a visit by another company diagnosed the problem as a brake assembly not disengaging and he would call but never did. I called the Lowe's warranty company and they could find no record they ever sent this company out. I talked to Amber and advised them of such but they said they had 5 Amber's working there so they scheduled another company. I advised them I had to drive home from work first and they drove there immediately and left before I got home in 30 minutes. I called them from the phone number on their card and note and they said we were there and you weren't. We are not coming back. Now that fine company is billing me for a service trip and the warranty company has all of the documentation about I needed time to drive home from work. Then the 4th company showed up, had the same diagnosis, came back and repaired the problem. Not one person has ever said we are sorry for all of the hours you took off from work and missed pay while we play around with the problem. Never buy a lowe's extended protection plan! Rip off!!!
