Purchased (4) appliances with the understanding that the appliances would be covered under Platinum Package Lowe's Extended Service Plan. Only to find out that their are not any technicians to cover this section of the country.
Called the service number for Three weeks and I still have been unable to get my refrigerator service. I purchased it on June 2. I refuse to believe that a company with such high standards as Lowe's will tolerate such squalid business practices.
Should this be Lowe's new way of doing business then I am requesting that Lowe's come and take back the refrigerator, dishwasher, stove and microwave that I purchased. I only spend my money with reputable companies. I know you will investigate and resolve this matter.
