Financing Alternatives assured me that I'd receive a top of the line Dell computer within three months, with all of the upgrade accessories upon me giving them authorization to regularly access my checking account on a weekly basis for the sum of $45.00 per week.
After three months had passed and I had'nt received my merchandise I contacted the company to inquire what was the problem; they had told me that their policy is to first test the computer themselves once they received it from Dell to insure that all components were working properly before shipping to customers.
After that time period had lapsed I contacted them once again and they concoted yet another deceptive excuse that their computer system had crashed and that all of their files were mixed up and that it would be an additional 120 days for me to receive my computer. Also, after my first contact with them and they told me they were testing my computer I was so anxious to speed up the process I gave them further authorization to increase their withdrawl from my account for $100.00 per week.
Ultimately, my computer is paid for and to no avail have I received a computer to date. Everytime I try contacting them I always receive a recording stating that all of their operaters are busy assisting other customers and to try my call at another time. They are corporate theives who bloodsuck and capitalize off of the misfortune and vulnerabilities of others namely bad credit I feel so violated and foolish, because, if it's to good to be true it usally is.
