Disabled diabetic charged 149.00 for Phenterthin that I did not orde

I tried a free sample of phenterthin without the slightest hint of my being used by this company. Without my consent or knowledge, I was charged over $149.00, for products that I did not order.

I am disabled and cannot afford this kind of scam. I live on a fixed income and this made my bank account overdrawn.
