Beijing Trade
Bejing Trade I paid for product. They asked for more money. Did not deliver. Would not refund Beijing hai dian district

I purchased a laptop off there website. I was told a price of 250 euro including postage. They told me after i paid that customs had kept my package and I would have to pay beijing trade a further 100 euro to get it delivered. They would not tell me the tracking number for the package.

They agreed to a refund and told me two days in a row that it would happen later that day. Thius did not happen. As it was paid through paypal I was told that paypal would not let them refund me. (which is also incorrect) and they have failed to do so.
