Can't believe I fell for the same scam from a POS like this. The YouTube video on this describes it perfectly. Young Italian guy wearing a Lime Green sweater (as the Alitalia Flight attendants do) was driving a rental mini van and asked me for the Queensboro Bridge. After I told him how to get there he was super polite and thanked me endlessly.
After the greasing with analeeze, he then told me he was leaving the country tonight after a trade show at the Javitz Center and he only had 3 jackets left over.
"A gift!" he proclaimed. I was suckered as have many. He even gave me his cell phone number and made me call him. 201-450-5926 which worked.
The jackets are pretty crappy on closer inspection, and I am still befuddled my my idiocy.
