Ripoff ripoff business from hell

I received a phone call on July 16 and authorized Capital First to deduct $29.95 from my checking acct for what was supposed to be a mastercard with a $2500.00 credit limit. I received nothing.

I made several calls to the company but have gotten 0 results. I was promised a refund of $189.85 that was supposed to be credited back to my acct on 9/6, I received Nothing. I called the company back today 9/13 and they told me to allow 3-5 business days. Today is the 5th business day and still nothing.
