Capital First Benefits ripoff Non-responsive rude and deceitful customer service Miami

I was contacted by a rep from capital first on july 1 via telephone. They offered me a deal to re-esablish good credit and a free 7-day trial period.
On 7/3, my account was debited for $29.95. Received packet from cf on 7/22.

Decided it was not represented to be what described over the phone. After a 20-, inute wait on the phone, i finally got through to cancel.
On 7/24, my account was debited $59.95 and $99.95. It also created an overdraft situation with $50.. 00 in fees.
I have contacted them at least 6 times over the past 3 months-phone and mail and have been promised a refundon the last 4 occasions. To date-i haven't received a thing and the phone number seems to be inoperable. I am livid.
