His Crime: Not paying his court ordered child support. Has already been found in contempt of court for non-payment in the past, currently has his driver's license suspended because of non-payment, has a pervious arrest record & hurts his little 7 year old every time she says, "I miss my Dad, I want my Daddy!" because he has abandoned her since our Divorce.
He owes his 7 yr. Old daughter almost $20,000.00 in back child support & is hiding out. PLEASE Email me if you know how to get him to court.
Been there, done the Child Support Enforcement thing & still waiting & waiting & waiting with NOTHING! I called CSE & gave them his new address but since his girlfriend Lisa Saffioti intentionally has all the mail going to her name, CSE can't verify he lives at that address & therefore, they can't take further action!
The funny thing is that he owns a Lawn Care/Lawn Service business, makes allot of money & therefore can afford to pay his court ordered child support but pays NOTHING, not a dime to support his child.
It has been hell, financially, raising our daughter ALONE since the divorce. But after 12 other women, I had had enough & had to leave for my own sanity which unfortunately left me on welfare. I had no choice but to fight my way off welfare, went back to school & studied to be a Medical Secretary to improve my child's life. I love my baby, she is my entire world & I would do anything for her.
