I placed a business card order for 10,000 and gave the manger at the print center a business which is in use with our business. I explained to the manger that I would like the ones ordered to mirror the one presented and she assured me that the order would be as requested. The first order was not as requested nor was the second. The store manger stated I was at fault and not the print manger nor any one with the company and they would not redo the order. I placed a formal complaint and the reply was less than stellar. This company has a story line better than any play one would write. I gave them one free shot and their last. Its back to the Mom and Pop printer for me. One thing they forgot. One unhappy customer will get them 1,000 former customers! (Business 101)
