Dear Sir:

PLEASE HELP!!! Concerning my ex-husband and his lack of paying child support. He is a deadbeat dad.

I have been dealing with DENVER CITY AND COUNTY SOCIAL SERVICES for quite a few years now trying to resolve my child support issue. It's been going on and on. My ex-husband currently owes almost 100,000 dollars if not over that amount! It seems the only way anything gets done is to go to the media, well i want to talk to you. You are my elected official. I support you. Can you help me?

My ex-husband has not paid any support which is court ordered, in years. I have been to court with Social Services and their representatives at least 3 times in the last 2 or 3 years concerning his warrents. He never shows up and nothing seems to get done. I do not hear from them, when i call they are very rude and provide very limited information. I feel this amount of child support it quite an ISSUE. I vote, I support my government but they are not informing and supporting me!

Where are the Deadbeat Dad laws and why aren't they being inforced in my case??? I pay taxes, work everyday but am not able to get this situation resolved!!! Im very frustrated. I need some help with this issue. I felt I had to go to the top because Iv'e exhaused every other avenue that i have possible. As far as i know he currently has a bench warrent out for his arrest but they won't serve him the warrent to his place of residence and tell me they have to wait until he's "picked up somewhere".

I think this is WRONG. Ive suffered many years with hardship and lack of funds and our child's ability to have things that the support could/could've provided. Please can you help me, or refer me to someone that will finally deal with this problem? 100,000 is alot of money that my son and i should have had. MY ex-husband was and is ordered by the court to pay it. The last time we went to court he was issued another "bench warrent" his bail was set at 78,000 dollars this was May. I have heard NOTHING since then from Social Services. What is wrong here?

I appreciate any help or guidance. Please get back to me. I can't seem to rely on DENVER CITY AND COUNTY SOCIAL SERVICES. They have sent letters stating they were dropping the case. I have responded with the appropriate information everytime they requested. This is NOT RIGHT!!! I am angry and dissapointed.

Thankyou to any and everyone that can help me.
