Once they get your credit/debit card number, these expert rip-off artists keep charging your account. They need no authorization from you-they just take hundreds of dollars from your bank account -several times per month. Then IF you are able to contact them-they say they can't locate the transactions in their "database". The phone number listed on your bank or credit card statement is just a recording telling you that they cannot help you unless you submit a ticket on www.live-operator.com.
When you submit this ticket they ignore it untill you bombard them with "tickets" then they either still ignore you or answer your "ticket" with the universal response "we can't find the transaction" or "we're having trouble with our billing". I have not been able to get my money back-had to cancel debit card-beware of all online shopping-they must have got my info from an online source.
