Called my home and told me they could help me get grants to pay off a perpetual loan and buy a new home and become debt free if i would pay them $400 but it had to come out of my checking or savings and there was no other way to pay for it ripoff

Joe London of IGS called my home and told me he could for around $400.00 help me get grants and assistance with grants for life if I paid a one time fee of $400.00 to come right out of my checking or savings. And then he and his company would make sure that i recieved grants to help clear up all of my debt and now i am unable to reach any one i have not been able to contact any one or any thing and I am out $400.00 and I can't get a hold of anyone to refund my money nor help me with grants everytime i call I get the mail box is full.
