This man has willingly and intentionally violated court orders for child support and medical expenses. This has been going on for years. He is in arrearages by $5500 and $380 in medical bills SO FAR. He has seen his son a total of three times in 9 years. His son has pediatric bipolar disorder, ADHD and anxiety disorder. I need this $ for his medical and mental health bills. He changed his email address and refuses to answer my emails or phone calls. He also doesn't return his son's emails or phone calls. He has a new wife and another son but mine has no spot on the priority list. Am I being a bitch? YES but I just want what is due my son.
