Ripoff: owes almost $10,000 in child support, &court ordered medical expenses & premiums for our children dead beat only cares about himself Dad

Scott owes almost $10,000 in child support arrears to me for our 2 children. He also owes money for his 1/2 of medical bills from the kids-this is a court order. He also doesn't pay the court ordered medical insurance premiums, also ordered by the court. I have a judgement against him for approx. $4,000 from the year 2000. He owns his own business, a boat (complete), camper, snowmobile. He goes on annual vacations. He spends very little time OR money on his kids. His company is called "Robinson Painting & Decorating" of Cloquet, MN.
