I was out of a job and asked for a no income, no job type of loan, during that time I was in the market of getting a possible job and got switched to another loan and when my new employment was not verified by quicken loans, my loan got switched again and was put into "limbo". An appraiser was sent out without my knowledge and then I got a letter stating that I needed to make some repairs on the house and was denied the loan. When I called quicken loans, they tried to argue with me that I did know about the appraiser and that my loan was denied because I refused to make repairs. I told them that was all lies! I talked to the person who did the loan and he claimed that my employment was verified and he went through with the loan. I told him the job I was trying to get did not work out. We argued around and around! I tried to get in touch with the research department and they have not returned my call. I was charged $500 on my credit card and the loan did not close! All I ask for is a credit. I am still unemployed and could use that $500 to pay on the bills that I am behind on! But, I am still desperately seeking for employment.
