They said they would help build my credit, wrong thay have so many fees I had to pay off with settlement offer so it didn't report as unpaid charge off Ripoff

They offer a credit card to build your credit. They charge numerous fees so you get behind on your payments. How does this help? I finally paid it off and closed the account. They do not want to help. They just want your money!!!
