I had every thing u can think of from there most stuff has been returned a time or two but what upsets me is how they say that u can use the some of the pyments that u made towards a new purchase but it has to be towards asame rental agreemnt which is wrong also i had different tv that diff problems and the last is when i got my computer that had to go back 3 times because of problems and they finally swapped it out with anouther one the owner who isn't there anymore he left and went some outher place told me to have it swap a couple weeks later called me and said that the computer was fixed after telling them that the manger said to swap it and let me keep the new one a cople times. Two months after this happen the said that they need to change the rental agreement and this computer was more expansence then the first one and the ageement would start over and i agrree because i already put 2 months of pymt in the computer the first computer was only suposed to cost me 449.00 that was the amount i was told and that was 30 dollars a week for 3 months well that came really close to paying it off well let see here now i owe over 600 now still and it is still the early pay off amount but i have been making pymt for a long time on it and when i conforted the new owner all he could say was he was sorryand i was late on the agreement and this was the first time i was late and he wouldn't refund my late fee he can only defer it how wrong is that. So u see rent a center has riped me off more than once after i get these paid off this is the last time i rent from there
