For 12.95 They suppost to send me information and i haven't receive anything in the mail I purchase it off my greendot card Washington

I order information on government grant from them. They never sent me any information. I gave them some time to send it. But they have not i purchased it from greendot. They have the information. They gave a fake telephone number to greendot to get in touch with them.
