I attempted to place an online order using my greendot visa debit card after all the information was entered including card number and my pin i received a message that some items were out of stock and to fix the prder and re-submit which i did only to told there were insufficient funds on the card kmart had taken the money for the previous unplaced order off my card i have been fighting them and greendot ever since as the charge is clearly posted to my greendot account as taken by kmart but there is no corresponding order greendot will not dispute the charge as i was attempting to place an order and kmart is giving me the runaround because supposedly they can't find the charge although i have repeatedly e-mailed them a copy of it as it appears on the greendot website
