Activation Fee Fraud. Catalog Order only? Takes money from Bank Account. Extra hidden charges

1st National Card rip-off. Makes you believe something else and takes your money. Has extra hidden charges. Activation fee of $199.99, to use the credit card for their own catalog? I couldn't use the card anywhere, so when I called they said it was only for their own catalog. What am I going to do with their catalog. Even if I haven't used the card and I have a $0 balance they still won't give me my $199 back.
