I started getting charges on my account after I got my so called free credit report. I called my bank and got the company's number and I called them and they had the audacity to try to sell me a cheaper version and I said no then she tried further and I just got nasty and said I do not want your service and I am disputing the charges with my bank I maight not get the money back but the satisfaction of telling the woman that if she wasn't in the United States that she should contact them and let them know that I am an angry customer and I would join any class action suit against them should there be one and as I can see after my research on this company I am only one of a large group of people who fell for their scam... And scam it is. I will see if next month there is a charge.
