I selected decent as the category describing JOYA which is a shame because the food is delicious, inexpensive and consistent. With the success of this restaurant, packed from 6:15 on nightly, they expanded to Park Slope - they must have taken the trained wait staff with them. After the waiter begrudingly took our order after 10 mins, he proceeded to douse our table with water that he "placed" on the table.insult led to near injury as he slid our entrees towards us at high speeds! Service = D, Food = still an A
Hope the wait staff gets a clue.
