The company told me that i would be recieving a 5,000 grant for school that i had applied for on memorial day of 2007. I was supposed to pay a fee of 399.00 dolloars for their services. This fee only lasts for five years then you must pay the fee again. The payment never went through when it was supposed to so i figured that it was fraud. On june 22 the payment went through and now i have no more money to pay my bills.
