I just got off the phone with my bank which isn't helpful at all but i was charged for a DVD i never purchased with this company and unforunately they stay one step ahead of their customers because every number posted is now disconnected excpet for that damn 800 number which isn't helpful at all. Their customer service line is no better. The automated person never connects you to a live person to handle what your compliants and or concerns. All of this and my account was cancelled with them... Go figure. I am not done with columbia house by a long shot...
