I ashamedly worked for this company for around 3 years.in that time I watch the company become more and more of a fraud. It got to the point where the bosses would flat out tell you to lie to a customer to get the sale or the money for the "so-called" sale. This is a small company with two offices. One office, the A/R office, is located in Pilot Mountain, NC and when I worked there, had 6 employees including the president Randall Keirl and the secretary, Randall's wife, Gudrun Klang. They have another office in Canada that is run by Randall's son Christopher Keirl. They spell his name differently so no one will know they are related. That office is the sales office and up to the time I quit, the owners Randall and Gudrun had never even visited this office so the only way they know what is going on is to believe whatever Christopher says. Let me tell you. If there was no lying, or misleading, or fraud going on, then 8 out of 10 customers that called in would not have had the SAME complaint! Also, they have had the same directory for the entire time they have been opened. There are maybe 20 NEW listings added a month. They send out, on good months, maybe 40 directories. Of course this is not told to the customers. When a customer asked, the employees are directed to say "That there are approximately 9.5 million listings on the directory and of that number, a 'good' amount also buy the directory." This is bull crap. A 'good' amount of 9.5 million would imply that at least 50% of their customers receive the directory when in reality there is probally only about 5% who actually receive and pay for the directory, and this is being very lenient. I no longer work for this company and I am ashamed that I ever did. I urge people to just hang up on them if they call. Don't speak at all, b/c they will tell you all kinds of lies up to and including that your boss already ordered it, they are just calling back to confirm shipping, they stop at nothing to get an order. This is just a friendly warning sent out to everyone that might be doing business with Infocom USA, whether that business be wanted or not! You are not getting what they tell you are getting and your listing is not being sent to hardly anyone.
