Ripoff, misleading, unscrupulous company promoting treachery identity theft!

I was checking my credit report and saw an account for ASPIRE/CB&T. I have never heard of this company nor recieved/used any cards from this company.in addition I have never recieved a bill for this company. Either someone is using my information to gain access to an account or they falsified a contract and account malicously.
