We entered into a Membership Agreement with Direct Buy North on June 3. A day later, we sent them an email and a letter, cancelling our agreement and invoking both the 3-day cooling off period for contracts and their Vice-President Mr. Bart Fesperman's letter to the Boston channel, saying they will honor new members' cancellation requests. We asked that our $490 check be returned to us. The letter was sent by Fedex and was received on June 5. Still, they proceeded to cash the check on June 8. We want a refund.
