Lobos Management in Pittsburgh owns Waldorf Park Apartments, 103 McKnight Circle also. They own alot of apartments in the Oakland and Shadyside areas.
Anyhow, I used to live at Waldorf Park. This place is falling apart. There are leaks everywhere, and personally I experienced my ceiling caving in from water.
It is a well known fact that the owners are slumlords that never put a dime into their properties. They have been on the local news, WPXI many times.
The elevators at Waldorf crash all the time, they won't fix them.
The deceitful part is that these owners run around their slum properties and put flowers in to make it look good.
Meanwhile, the furnaces, pipes, everything in the complex is from the sixties! They haven't fixed or replaced anything. They fix it with a matchbook cover.

Mold is everywhere in these apartments from constant leaks on the roofs, which they refuse to fix.
The owner lies all the time, saying the roof leaks are because the roofers didn't do a good job, meanwhile he just never pays his bills.
