President Bush has nominated Jennifer Elrod of the 190th. District Court in Houston, Texas to the Supreme Court. What does he not know? She hears crimes that have been commited in her court and looks the other way, screams at people, pays no attention to corruption if it is by her fellow attorneys in her court.
This woman is out of control and a control freak. I was sued. The woman who sued me had an attorney, I did not. After asking to cross examine the witness Judge Elrod screamed at me for making her late for a lunch date. Then after hearing the woman admit she commited Insurance Fraud, Judge Elrod rewarded her more money for the thefts because she is friends with her attorney.
Judge Elrod should not be able to practice any kind of law and for President Bush to appoint her to any position is a joke to the American people. We filed an appeal and got most of her ruling overturned. Now that she has been appointed she gave this case to another Judge to take the heat off of her for what she has done. She cannot be impartial so why would you appoint her to the Supreme Court.
This is just another example of corruption in our Court Systems. Brad Beers was the opposing council and is giving us hell trying to collect before we get the rest thrown out. He is literally stalking us.By the way, his client made xxx videos with her husband. They swindled over $75,000 from Farmers Insurance. This is why your rates go up and it was condoned by a District Judge who they want to apoint to the Supreme Court.
