I would like to connect with others who are living a nightmare, as I am, due to (an) erroneous "ruling (s)" by "judge" Kent. I am abosolutely serious аbout: first, having my child returned to me by appeal or another legal way - as this so-called judge took the child that I have been raising solely for the last 6 yrs from a happy, stable environment to give him to my estarnged husband - a self-professed alcohol/drug addict with a severe mental history - failed twice in court for drugs. Why? Because he does not believe my child when he says that his father has abused him. Needless to say, this is outrageous! It is my understanding through several attorneys and word of mouth in the court system as well as from individuals who were directly wronged by this judge - that he has done this to family after family for 30 yrs! He has a reputation for such and countless overturned decisions. I keep hope and faith.
I would like to know about others experiences and what you have done and of course, of positive outcomes, if any.innocent children, in particular, should not be victimized or re-victimized. This judge absolutely needs to step down.
