Takes money and runs

I sent a money order with a note that they should send me 5 cartons marlboro lights, up until now for the last year and a half they allways sent me my cigerettes, now I don't know what happened there phone line has been dissconnected, I checked with the company that I purchased the money order and they said it has been cashed out, i think they took the money and ran!!!
