I checked my bank account this morning and saw a charge from this company for $10.00. When I went to the site to find out what it was I saw usacomplaints.com Supposedly they are saying that I authorized them to use my account information to charge my card $10.00. I was also informed they got my information of FTD com.
I spoke with WLI and informed them I am aware of their scam and will contact the Attorney General and anyone else I have to if the charges are not removed. They told me that the charges would be removed and sent me an email. I also informed them if the charges are not removed I will be contacting an attorney and filing a fraud suit against them.
I informed FTD that these crooks are using information from their site to rip people off. I will not be using FTD.com until this issue is resolved. Hopefully FTD cares enough about their customers to fix this problem.
