Attorney Generals Office, Frankfort Kentucky Child Support Enforcement Dead-Beat Dad Marc Anderson - CSE Office drops claim after 10 yrs - Child falls through cracks in the system

"Dead Beat Dad"; Marc Anderson, Corsicana, TX

My granddaughter is 9 1/2 and has never seen her "Real Dad". She was born 2 1/2 mths. Premature weighing only 2lbs 7ozs. She was put in NeoNatal Care in Dallas. She had a tube down her nose, her little eyes were covered to protect them from the light and she had tubes coming out of her everywhere. There was very little baby to see but we loved her from the very beginning. Mothers have the ability to see pass the surface. Her "real dad" saw her in the hospital 2 wks after she was born He said to my daugher "I'm not impressed". He gave my daughter $10 or $20 as they were leaving and said, "Here get something for the kid".

After finishing her fall semester at University of Arlington my daughter moved back to Kentucky as she had no family down there that could/or would help her out. She was working almost a full time job and going to college. After my granddaughter was born she still continued to work and go to school full time and spent the rest of her time staying at the hospital.

Now 9 1/2 years later, my daughter remains a single mom. She has, by choice, devoted her life to raising my granddaugher. My daughter is a wonderful mother and she is trying to lay a solid foundation of Chritianity on which my granddaughter can build. She works 2-3 jobs just to keep up with her bills and take care of my granddaughter. She receives no child support. Marc, the father, manages to squeeze a little out at tax time to avoid having to pay child support. We ask the local office of Child Services about the support they know nothing. We called the Attorney Geneals offcie to check the status of the claim. They didn't have anything. The state of Kentucky is not doing all that they should/could be doing. It's like the case doesn't even exist. I realize they have lots of other cases but it shouldn't take 9 1/2 years to find someone even if they are in another state.

How can they go 9 years and not find him. They say just as they get close to him... He moves. Now my daughters child support case was suppose to be in the Attorney Generals Office for almost a year now and still they can't find the guy. I do believe there is a problem somewhere.

I can't help but wonder when Marc, the "real dad", sets down for a meal does he even think about whether his daughter has food to eat? When he lays down to sleep at night does he wonder if his daughter has a place to live, when he gets dressed in the morning does he stop to wonder if his daughter has clothes? How many personal scarfices has he made to see that his daughter has food, clothes, or a place to call home? NONE!!!

My granddaughter has asthma so she gets sick a lot worse than other kids here age. Having the asthma makes it harder on her. If my daughter didn't get help from the government there is no way she could make it even working the 2 jobs. The child support would at least make it a little easier to help provide for my grandduaghter.

I hope this works, God knows we've tried everything else. The amount of money he owes is way over the limit of back child support. I hope this helps... If you need more information please email me. Thanks again.

P.S. They tell her she can't put him on the "Dead Beat Dad" site because she doesn't have his ss#.
