When I realized that there was a charge on my account that I didn't recognized and I tried to check it out I got know where. This company actually put their number on my statement but it was a full mailbox answering machine and know one could help me, not even my credit card company that they charged this fraud amount on. My credit card company was able to look back and see this charge for 4 months pass but they only can help me for the charges from the past 60 days. So, I'm out a lot of money for charges they authorized in the first place. AMR LD Service plan charge my account every month $48.79 for a service I did not ask for or authorize. I have to have all my statements sent to me for the past 5 months to see how long this has been going on and that will cost me too. Know one seams to care or can help stop this from happening again. Hopefully someone out there can help me and a lot of other people. MichelleArnold, Maryland
