First of all, the carpet in these apts were terrible upon move in - bleach spots and different colored spots could be seen all over. This apt is cockroach infested as well. The maint. Men are people who live in the apt. And do not know what they are doing and it takes more than a month for them to even get out there. The AC in my apt leaked for days and days every time you turned it on. It was finally fixed by a maintenance man on March 30, and that same night, I had to place a trash can and empty it several times under the AC vent to catch the water that was POURING out.
Not to mention, the next day, I turned on my ceiling Fan and IT FELL OUT OF THE CEILING ONTO THE FLOOR. The kitchen floor also flooded the same day the AC vent started pouring. My 1 year old daughter went into the kitchen, and fell, hitting the back of her head. When I told the manager about all of this the next morning she totally blew me off and made up lies like she had been doing for the past month. There is no way I can finish out my 7 month lease herre. It is too dangerous for me and my child. If anyone can help me getting out of this lease please let me know. I have already filed a complaint with the mangaer, MArvin ZIndler of channel 13 news, and will be calling the corporate office tommorrow.
