This Joan Badr, who is the possibly the most GREEDY, money hungry 'Condo-Nazi' you could find arount northern Broward County -Ft. Lauderdale -Deerfield Beach area, shows what seems like a spartan apartment, then takes a deposit ($55 OF WHICH SHE SAYS is Non-refundable for a background check - but if you decide to rent somewhere else, she claims that she's entitled to the WHOLE DEPOSIT you give HER!!!
And this is BEFORE SHE DROPS HER TWO PAGES OF RULES on YOU, telling you that you can't wash your car EVER, & that you can't have people (girlfriends) stay over, as she's equates that to running a 'Flop-House'!
Worse yet, is that if you tell her that you want your deposit back, she will rush down to your bank and cash it, even finding ways to get tellers to cash checks that don't have the funds to cash them if you have Bank of America, like I did, and she get's the teller to use Bank of America's 'MATRIX SYSTEM' to override what normally would be an NSF check that the bank would not normally pay!
