Well, I guess I will start at the begining. I purchased my car in 10. A 2004 Touareg. The deal went great everyone there was friendly and all was perfect. I returned with a couple of issues and they were taken care of. Misc extras that were bought that need installation and things of that nature.

Well I had purchased a warrenty on the carpet against stains and things like that. Well coffee had been spilt in the back cargo area and Pugi sent car out for cleaning throught the warrenty. Came back fine.

Well after a couple of months It looked like bleach was poured were the stains were. So I call service and they said bring it in. This time the warrenty company wanted the carpet to be dyed. That was done two days later I came back for the car and The bleach marks were coming back.

Now they have decided to replace the carpet in the cargo area. The car went in to be dyed at the end of April. They call Mid to end of June to say that all was done.

I came in to pick up the car and took it home and parked in the garage. The following Morning I noticed the damage. Now it was in a place that is hard to see. I called Jeff and he was unavailable I talked to Joe coleman and at first he didn't believe how long the car was there. I did end up talking to Jeff Jett and he said bring the car by. He as eve stated that the damage is hard to see unless you are real close to it and looking for it. I have an all Black Touareg.

They agreed to repair the car. They order acouple of parts and asked if I would bring the car back when the part came in. So I returned a few days later. They took the car and started the repair.

First the tried to melt the plastic part of lower bumper and I say that and said it looked horrible and Jeff agreed. Then they attempted to paint it but that was full of bubbles. Then they call and asked me to come look at the paint and then they would replace the lower part of the bumper. I went and in the sun you could see that they used the wrong color.

Now they send it to an Auto Body shop and they fix the pain and found a broken bracket. I went over there and it was found that the lowere part of the bumper didn't line up with the upper the right way. Pugi takes that car back from body shop and I am told they are going to swap the bumper from a different car.

Then Dominic calls me and I returned his call the following day, He was already gone when I go the message. He right away is very unsympithetic to my situation. He is stating that he doesn't want to fix the car. I of course get upset and ask why?

He says that the damage didn't happen there. I said wait yes it did. It was sitting on your lot since the end of April. He denied that I said talk to Jeff Jett. He says he will call back. He calls back after talking to Jeff and still insists that because noone there will own up to causing the damage therefore it didn't happen there.

The damage happened sometime between end of April and End of June. It is now August and now he asking the questions. So after I am all upset and crying I stat that I will be contacting a attorney and see what a court of law says.

He started the repair and when the upper half of the bumper need to be replaced he decided it wasn't his fault. They never should have started the repair if that is how they felt. After all of that Dominic stats he will fix the car but he never wants me in his dealership again.

So then I am looking at my sales agreement only to realize that the warrenty they sell you stats that you have to bring the car to them or it will cost 100.00 everytime you bring it in. Dominic has made the decision to discontinue to do business with me therefore why sould I be punished for his decision.

I do really like Jeff in Service and The sales team is really nice but I think Dominic needs to calm down and learn how to deal with people.

Originally, I was hurt and didn't want to leave Jeff but after speaking with my husband we are concerned that our car will not be fix properly. I will contue to go there though. But Dominic doesn't want my business.

Now I have a warranty that is useless to me. I don't think it is fair that because they dont want my business that I should be forced to pay a 100.00 deductable for a warranty repair. If they truely don't want my business that is fine but then they sould make arrangements to have my warranty transfered over to another dealer of my choice.

I just feel terrible that this situation has this outcome. I really enjoyed the majority of the team at Pugi. It is to bad that Loyal customers mean this little to Dominic I was a customer there for 4 1/2 years or so then I purchase a new car from them and I get this. I used to bring the sales team cigars all of the time. I tought of them as a family. To bad they didn't look at me that way.
