I hired Alyson Dunsford and her company, the Athena Marketing Team, LLC to do telemarketing to set sales call appointments. I went through elance. I sent a $500 payment via PayPal. Zero appointments were made. According to reports filed by the telemarketer, very few calls were being made.
I sent several emails expressing concern with the productivity and lack of results. Very few of the response emails addressed the concerns I stated. On December 27, I requested a refund and Alyson replied that she would send it. I did not receive anything from her so I sent another email.
She blamed her book keeper and said my refund would be sent out. I have since sent additional emails and tried phone calls but now everything is ignored.
I decided to run a search on Athena Marketing Team and I came across this site and saw another complaint about the her and the company. It seems I am not the only victim.
