Took money out of checking account with out permission ripoff

They took money out of my checking account and i do not know who the hell they are called / emailed bank to see if they can get money back good thing i bank on line being in the military on deployment i would never have found out about it for a long time i also told bank to stop them from accessing my account and that i did not authorize these deductions
