I received my information as the associate stated. I looked over the info, decided it was not for us within the specified time limit. Called the company to cancel. They told me to return my packet. I did. The next day, they went ahead and debited my account for the full year's fee, $239.40. I called many times and emailed. They finally returned my call but "had not received my packet".
Inside the packet there were supposed to be vouchers for $100.00 in free gas, $100.00 in free long distance, and two free airline tickets to anywhere in the US, "just for trying the business for 30 day". What I received were coupons to send in to somewhere again to receive those items. Your 30 day trial period began the day you ordered the service, according to an associate there. It took about 10 days to get the info.
When you call the numbers provided, you never get a person. That only happened after I cancelled. Do you suppose they program cancelled numbers into their system so you purposely don't get a human being?
Doesen't sound like a legitimate business to me. They can debit my account, but they can't be reached, and take their time refunding your money. What is a money back guarantee about anyway? That is, IF I get it back.
The $8,000 credit was deceiving. You only get to use it on selected travel and computer components. They also said it came with business and personal credit cards. What you received was an application for a credit card.
I'm thoroughly disgusted.
