These people have been taking advantage of my grandmother for years. They used to send her light-bulbs and candles, making her pay hundreds of dollars. Recently, I tried to call them and no body picked up. We paid 300 dollars for a box of light-bulbs and candles, and I decided to send them back but of course they did not send me any refund. The problem is that my grandmother gave them her credit card # so I will call the credit card company to cancel the credit card right away. These people take advantage of old people, so inform your relatives and friends about this FAKE charitable company.
Could any body inform me what can I do to get my money back?
