This company has been bilking my 96-year old aunt for some time, as when we came to live with her we found several shipments of perhaps two dozen light bulbs stored in a cabinet. They phone and tell her the order she requested is in process... Despite her protests that she did not do so. They then send a box containing six light bulbs and a bill for $71.95. If she protests and tells them she will return the bulbs, they (commonly Charles) get nasty and threaten to damage her credit. Up to now she has assumed she had forgotten ordering and paid the exorbitant bills.
My aunt has requested my wife and I to screen her calls during the last year, and we request persistent "charities" and others she has paid over the last few years not to call again. Many do... Some don't. The representatives (Charles) for Handi-Tech continue calling for my aunt, hanging up when I or my wife answer. They keep trying until my aunt eventually picks up the phone while we are away.
How can we put this "company" out of business?!
