Handi-Tech Company sells greatly overpriced lightbulbs, garbage bags, food storage bags, American flags, etc. Over the phone with the help of some of the slickest salesmen and women I have ever encountered. For a time, I purchased products from them in the belief that handicapped people, abused women, abandoned children, etc., were helped by my purchases.
The phone calls seemed to come more and more often and were becoming a nuisance so I agreed to purchase one more round of lightbulbs and then no more, at a price of $374.95, no less.
I gave them a credit card number and the next statement from that company showed the charge but I never received the bulbs.
When I called Handi-Tech to inquire about the bulbs, I told the woman that I no longer wanted them as I had continued to receive calls contrary to what their salesperson had promised. She replied, "It's too late for that!" At that point, I knew I was not dealing with a real company but just some con artists.
I contacted the credit card company and they removed the charge and dealt with Handi-Tech. Give to real charities, not these crooks. I still receive calls from them in which they lie, saying that I gave them permission to call me.
