About 2months ago, i ordered the product from an infomercial, it promised a free part called tone-glide with the regular machine. You could hook the tone-glide up and it would be like having 2 excercise machines i wanted to sit and excersize, my daughter wanted to stand, so i figured, "great", this is perfect. I asked the woman before i ordered it several times about the tone-glide. She assured me it would come and the shipping would be on the end of the pymts (5 altogether) i agreed to that and paid on my visa 75.00 just for shipping! When it came there was no tone-glide. I immediately informed the company who denied any knowledge of the promise to send the tone-glide and told me i would have to pay separate shipping 50 additional dollars! I tried to explain that i had already paid 75.00 and was told the shipping for the tone-glide would be one of the pymts they would not listen, and were now claiming the 5 additional pymts didn't include the tone-glide! I was outraged, amd i asked for a call tag to send it back, which they refused to send and told me i would eat the cost of postage both ways to the tune of 150.00! And have nothing to show for it! I
resolved not to buy anything from them, and to try to get the machine which came in a million peices together, later we discovered they had sent the wrong peice (after we put it on and it would not work right) we informed them and 2 weeks later they sent another wrong peice, we called them back and 3and a half weeks later they sent a bag of tools-at which time we realized the machine was defective, and that the right peice would not fit into the part! I angrily called them and was told that they would do nothing to resolve the issue -i could send it back at my expense and they would send another at my expense 225.00 5 pymts of 55.00 per month! They are scam artists and they have to be stopped.
