Purchased 2 watches. 1 yellow Gold Tone and 1 white Gold
Tone. The white tone did not work on arrival. I E-Mailed and asked for instructions to return for repair or replacement. I called the call center and was told she would E-Mail. Have sent over 2 E-Mail and called on several occasions and to this date all I have is a defective watch that I paid $295.00 for. I should have know when it arrived from China that all I would have was problems.
