Ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing auto mechanic lies manager service lia

My mother bought a used vehicle in this dealership a year ago or so. We believed it was a lemon since we had to visit them service for every three months. The car shows weird problems and everytime we bring to this service dealer it gets worse and or add more symptoms to its already sickening state. We just let it pass because they said they did everything they can, from rotating the disc brakes and replacing, computer diagnostics, leakage, autotransmission lift-up and such. We spent almost $3,000 for that past year going back and forth this greedy dishonest dealer service center.

Two of the service managers quit for some weird reasons. We tried contacting them but people tend to have alibis all the time. So it's 2007 and I found out about this site, now I think I will try and get some revenge and money back if this report would ever be noticed.

First month of purchase apr. 2005 the vehicle showed like a symptom, when I start the car after five minutes there's a smoke coming out of the hood. It happens almost every single time and day. I brought the car to the dealer. They weren't able to address problem so ignored right? I did try to convince them there was something wrong, but yet ignored. And lied to. Ripping us off with money they thought they deserved.

After months a brake problem. Car pulsation was so horrible according to a technician I consulted at Sears AutoCenter (honest&reliable crew). Even before that I brought my car to dealer where I bought it, told them same thing, car pulsating and like rotor disc needs to be sharpened or whatever term it was. So they said they did it.

I went back to Sears, check the discs and everything, technician guy said, oh there was nothing done to it. The diameter and size of it was same. The brake wasn't really working and it vibrates and pulsates real bad. Too late and too bad, the service manager of that dealership told me they did repaired it and he told me to bring vehicle back to them. He wasn't there anymore, he quit.

So to make my story short, i do have evidences of the charges they (LM White Plains Service) made and corrections made by SEARS auto. It will tell which one was dishonest and ripped me off not only once but more than five times. I admit I do not know a lot about cars, i just get into it, drive it, put some gas, then go.

Its just not right doing it to people that they know is very stupid enough to fall for their traps. Stupid like me, who even bought a used lemon from them. But according to the seller, it wasn't a lemon at all. I'm not sure. I havent been to that dealer for a year and I've been doing services at Sears. But if my case was ever noticed sure hell I will show all the crap they've done to me. I kept all the records and receipts for all services they've done. THANKS usacomplaints. ComER
