Way overworked. I had started working with alliance in may when i left my old job. I emailed my resume and within a day i got a call to come in for and interview. So i went in and there was no furniture in the waiting area except for four folding chairs.
Went through the interview, so the next day i got a call to come in for a second interview, saying that they want to narrow it down to 15 people. I go in for what was a day of obversation. So the leader i was paired with seemed nice, but when i asked questions he always said at lunch.
When we got back at the office at 6 pm he said that mike ryberg wants to hear that i was hardworking and a student mind. So i talked to mike for the 3rd time and he said that i would get $500 base salery a week. All BS.
So the leader his name is Steve. He and I went out on the field numerous times. And, the one time he broke my truck and he still hasn't fixed. They all are a bunch of lying people who work there.
They don't tell you that you will work 12-14 hrs a day and maybe make $5. Also, they don't tell you drive your own car, wear and tear on your car or all the other bs. So when you ever run into giovenni, ed, mike, steve or ross. Run the other way.
